We have a recently-released PPP server called GatorAccess which does what I think you're referring to, which is to say selection of IPCP or IPXCP for remote connections, both in remote routing configurations (i.e., support for individual configuration of IPX and IP over any routing serial port), or for dialup client connections (i.e., the bundled client package has a IPXCP and IPCP ODI driver, and a dialing app that allows IPX or IP in the dialup to the configured server). I'm not sure when you say "depending on the application" if you were implying the exposure of control protocol parameters to an outside application for call establishment, which would indeed be an "application" whose support I don't believe exists anywhere (unless the boffo 4.0 Chameleon PPP client supports this). I found it very easy to install since it I'm still having lots of problems getting Netware, WFW311, and the beta TCP/IP to work together. Maybe you can help. It seems to be the same problem I was having getting Chameleon and SuperTCP to work with Netware and WFW311 when I first reviewed the product. I'm not sure what I could be doing wrong. I installed WFW311 on a clean system with ODI drivers (ne2000) already installed for Netware. After install, I'm able to work with Netware and WFW/NT without any problems. I then installed the TCP/IP beta, which installs without complaint. However, when I boot again, the TCP/IP doesn't work (ping always reports "Host unreachable", for example). When I install WFW311 on a system not connected to NetWare, and then install TCP/IP, everything works great.
